The Three Most Important Questions Interviewers will not ask
During an interview, there are three key questions interviewers are trying to get answered:
Can you do the job?
Do you want the job?
Can I work with you?
These answers will come not from direct questions, but from the entire interview process. Not unlike the movie Annie Hall where the dialogue happens and there is an internal dialogue happening simultaneously. During the interview process, both the interviewer and candidate really are trying to understand and determine if this job is a fit and if they really want to do the job. The third question is subtle and probably most important, ‘can I work with you’. That plays out in many ways quite unrelated to the content of questions.
