Localization Solution Engineer – US, UK or EU
My client is a start-up software company serving the localization industry. They are building a platform that helps companies transform and optimize their processes through automation (iPaaS).
You MUST have experience in the localization industry.
In this role, you will be the company's face to the customers and prospects, helping them better understand customer requirements and explore new opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the designing and delivering solution prototypes that demonstrate the platform's ability to solve complex problems, as well as ensure existing customers understand the best use of their products through active support. You will work closely with all teams across the company, to stay close to developments with the product direction and promote your and clients' ideas that influence the product roadmap.
You have strong communication skills and ensure that others you work with can effectively share important information. You have a sense of complex technologies like iPaaS, RPA, iBPM and Process Mining. To engineer solutions, you will need to be an expert in these areas. You get things done and take responsibility to do whatever it takes to solve customer problems. You enjoy experimenting and building prototypes, and then fine-tuning ideas for measurable results.
You MUST have experience in the localization industry. If you happen to have knowledge of BPMN.io and experience with BI platforms like Tableau and Looker, all the better. 1202
