We are seeking an experienced Localization Business Development Manager with a strong background in the language service industry. This individual will play a crucial role in extending our business reach, contributing to the development and execution of sales strategies, and driving growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales, comprehensive knowledge of the localization industry, and a passion for building and nurturing customer relationships.
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the localization industry.
2. Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their specific needs for effective localization solutions.
3. Engage in business development activities, including prospecting, networking, and partnership development.
4. Provide clients with detailed proposals and product demonstrations, ensuring they understand the value and benefits of our services.
5. Meet and exceed sales targets, monitoring progress towards goals.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
7. Stay up to date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the language service industry.
2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
3. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
5. Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
6. Strong understanding of the localization process and its business implications.
7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1. Based in California, but willing to consider exceptional candidates who are open to a hybrid work model.
2. Experience in the localization industry in a sales role.
