Our client is one of the only language service providers in the MENA region with a team of dedicated in-house Arabic translation professionals. They provide on-demand, word-perfect English into Arabic translation services to leading organizations with essential requirements.
Position: Business Development Specialist (Translation Industry)
Responsibilities:
- Identify new Localization, Translation and Subtitling opportunities
- Develop new relationships to help grow market’s share
- Source and close new deals through cold calling, networking, referrals and face-to-face meetings
- Manage each phase of the sales process from open to close
- Create proposals, manage and control pricing and contractual issues
- Maintain long term relationships with clients by delivering superior service
- Ability to identify, qualify and act on prospect leads
- Experience in Localization & Subtitling Industry
- Self-motivated and pro-active
- Requirements:
- At least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or any related field
- Fluent English (written and verbal skills), Arabic language is a plus
- At least 5 years of demonstrated sales experience in a “hunting” environment Sales life cycle experience from lead generation through closing Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Effective time management skills and attention to detail
- Preferred location: Dubai or Abu Dhabi
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent with Commission
