RFP/RFI/RFQ Writer – Language Services industry experience required

Our client is a $10M Language Services Provider (LSP) located in the US, working almost entirely from remote locations.  They are growing and looking to add a dedicated RFI/RFP/RFQ Writer to their team.  Your experience in maintaining an RFP database, creating, writing, and editing a wide range of communications and working closely with people in multiple internal departments is critical to your success in this role.  Additionally, you must be highly organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks and work with great attention to detail and under pressure to coordinate target dates and meet tight deadlines.  You also posses strong written and verbal communication skills.

Primary Job Responsibilities:? 

• Review procurement portals, etc. for relevant Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Request for Quotations (RFQs) for active company response and pursuit for Corporate and Government contracts.
• Create, edit and support the initial drafting, production (including data collection and verification), and submission of responses to the above requests.
• Maintain, edit and adapt an active database of requests/responses and client contracts for reference and reuse, updating materials to current company standards, as appropriate.
• Maintain records and compliance for ISO17100

Primary Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent experience
• Previous contract or technical writing experience required
• Working knowledge of the Language Service Industry (highly preferred)
• Previous experience with an RFP content management system (preferred)
