Director of Quality Assurance C459 – Denver, CO

We are currently hiring for a Director of Quality Assurance. The QA Director is responsible for overseeing the company’s efforts related to quality assurance supporting global content services work across all applicable business units.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring performance of the company’s processes, systems and specifications supporting our global content services/solutions, identifying and ensuring effective implementation of continuous improvement efforts.
  • Ensuring consistent and effective implementation of quality assurance practices, including oversight of CAPA investigations and implementation of corrective and preventative actions; vendor and project audits; and business unit compliance to process, including supporting elements
  • Driving effective definition and implementation of enterprise risk management practices across global content services work
  • Development and management of LS specific documents and work instructions (non-group level), as appropriate
  • Manage and support LS specific external audits (ISO 17100, 18587, and customer audits). Responsible for identification and execution of corrective actions and ongoing compliance with customer’s specifications
  • Monitor and drive improvements in quality performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports and KPIs
  • Writes technical and customers reports related to the solution/service quality
  • Acts as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance/quality
  • Makes sure managers and other staff understand how to improve quality
  • Drives completion of LS customer satisfaction surveys
  • Collaborate with QM to manage compliance to standards for work completed within LS, including 9001, 13485, 9100, and 17100

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Management/Administration/Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant professional experience
  • Six Sigma Black Belt (or related process improvement certification) strongly preferred
