Translation Project Manager Legal or IP C690 – NY or remote

Remote Translation Project Manager with Legal IP experience.

Rapidly growing Language Services Provider needs to add an experienced Translation Project Manager to its team. Position can be remote, but experience in the Legal vertical, specifically managing IP related work, is essential.

Responsibilities include:
• Manage all stages of multiple projects, in the Legal and Financial areas
• Prepare briefs for freelancers, following up with team of linguists to ensure projects progress smoothly
• Monitor and evaluate linguists’ performance
• Identify potential issues and notify internal and team and clients, as appropriate
• Analyze, plan, schedule and allocate all stages of projects
• Update all parties involved on progress of projects
• Quality check and proofread translations for formatting, numbers, proper names, dates, use of reference material and style guides, missing translation, images, working URLs, brands and double spaces before delivery
• Keep all project records (invoices, PO’s, etc.) up to date
