Senior Localization & Data Annotation Project Manager A939 – Remote

We are looking for Project Managers to work remotely in our international team. You will join the Operations department helping our clients with localization, data sourcing, collection, and annotation, among other research projects.

Main responsibilities:

– Manage the entire life-cycle of multiple localization and data collection projects
– Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
– Liaising with project stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project completion
– Managing projects and maintaining responsibility for the planning, execution, tracking delivery, and closure
– Collaborating with different departments to continuously improve processes and profitability
– Prepare and maintain project documentation and guidelines
– Working under pressure in a demanding, client-centric environment

Skills and Knowledge:

– Relevant experience working as a project manager, in technology and/or localization companies
– Tech savvy – experience with G-Suite, Jira, XTRF
– Excellent command of spoken and written English, other languages are a plus
– Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills – Ability to multi-task and to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive and deadline-driven work environment
– Ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders – Curiosity and creativity to question existing processes and innovate new ones
– Working with a sense of urgency, agility, and flexibility
– Positive, can-do attitude
