Manager or Director of Product Strategy and Localization Services C69 – US Remote

My client is a $10M, growing Language Services Provider (LSP) searching for a candidate to be their Localization Product Strategy Leader. This role will be responsible for hiring training and developing a talent team across several domains. You will have the latitude and budget to drive new processes, develop new tools and localization solutions for clients, all while driving operational improvements to the current environment. You will develop short-term tactical strategies for the team, while working on developing a long-term, sustainable vision for the department that enables the company to scale to meet future.

A strong focus on customer success, process automation, and sales enablement is a must to be successful in this role.

Minimum required experience:

• 10 years Program Management, Project Management, Process Improvement, and building Operational efficiencies
• 5 years of experience managing people and working with geographically diverse teams
• solid Localization Industry experience, with knowledge of existing products and solutions
• BA or equivalent

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in business process improvement and project management, as well as developing and executing operational strategies to deliver exceptional solutions
• Ability to work effectively within a given budget
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence within a business environment, and to present in client-facing scenarios
• PMP certification preferred
