Localization Project Manager A962 – Remote

The Localization Project Manager will work closely with the Localization Program Manager to help coordinate ongoing localization projects and ensure high quality, on-time project completion. This role will help manage marketing content localization for our global web pages, campaigns, blogs, assets, etc. You will work closely with stakeholders in different regions and help us support their local marketing needs. The ideal candidate has a passion for developing engaging customer experiences, enjoys learning and bringing new ideas to the table, and adapts to rapidly shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Project manage localization for our global websites, campaigns, assets, and other content types requested by internal stakeholders
  • Track project progress with localization vendors to ensure that quality, deliveries, and cost stay on plan
  • Provide regular status reports and proactively offer solutions to ensure projects progress well
  • Facilitate effective communication within the project team (translators, engineers, publishers, QA, etc.)
  • Work closely with localization program managers on deliverables and schedules for web publishing
  • Work with the team to help ensure global SEO, tagging and anything else is needed is validate for launches

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience with web content localization
  • Proficient with web content management systems (CMS) – knowledge of AEM is a plus
  • Hands-on experience working with enterprise translation management system and tools – knowledge of XTM is a plus
  • Experience in agile (scrum) development process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to successfully manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects
  • Mature, self-starter, determined, entrepreneurial spirit, capable of working independently
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork and facilitation
  • Must be flexible to work various time zones when needed
  • Multilingual is a plus
