COO 
Our Client, a small but highly profitable Pennsylvania-based translation company with global reach, has an opening for the COO’s position in its PA headquarters. They provide foreign language translation and localization services in more than 130 languages to corporations worldwide, including Fortune 1000 companies as well as medium-sized businesses.

Candidates must have the following skills and qualifications:

Personal Skills

• Strong leadership skills
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Proactive. Always ready to bid on the entire spectrum of the translation business (all languages including ASL)
• Constructive and patient (not easily annoyed or angered)
• A Sales sensibility
• Attention to detail
• Computer literacy

Experience & Qualifications

• 4 year College Degree
• Minimum of five years in the Localization Industry
• Participatory management style (teamwork)
• Familiarity with translation tools
• Must personally call all our clients at least once every year
