Customer Success Rep – Director- Account Manager C945 – TX or NYC

Manage new and existing customer accounts and cultivate relationships on regular basis to maximize and maintain flow of business. Customer Profile Set ups and onboard key accounts in a timely manner. Customer Satisfaction and connect monthly with top 50 accounts to ensure highest customer satisfaction.

  • You oversee Top 50 customer accounts and maintain regular contact to assess overall satisfaction with current services and potential need for additional services
  • You generate reports for the Executive Team with indicators for potential improvement in services or new business opportunities
  • You update customer profiles in the project management platform, add new users for customers, provide support to customers in platform usage
  • You train new customers on all scheduling platform(s)
  • You manage scheduling platform(s)
  • You oversee and audit verification process
  • You work closely with Accountant to ensure customer accounts payable and accounts receivable are accurately reported
  • You work with high attention to detail and a critical degree of accuracy regarding data entry and analysis
  • You can prioritize work and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
  • You have good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • You exhibit a consistent helpful attitude; prepared to help front office staff when necessary
  • You support departmental goals for customer service when providing answers regarding customer accounts

Your success measures:

  • Prompt on-boarding of new customers and training on scheduling platforms
  • Management of scheduling platforms
  • Reporting of customer accounts status
  • # Monthly follow ups with Top 50 customers
  • Regular growth of accounts

Base Job Requirements:

  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn new software programs quickly and efficiently
  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of applicable education and experience in accounting or business management
