Knowledge Management Lead
Summary:
The main function of a content curator is to create a knowledge management hub for research and insights developed by the Small Business Group Marketing Science team. The typical candidate will have significant experience in architecting information and content creation, an understanding of advertising products as well as marketing research and have experience with scaling research insights. They also have the ability to work with cross-functional teams and possess an understanding of small-medium business.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop a knowledge management hub to scale research insights with the internal cross functional teams
• Organize research insights and curate content for activation through call centers, email campaigns and websites
• Build a site to host the research insights on internal platforms
• Develop a strategy and create plans for maintenance
• Collaborate with the Marketing Science team and other cross functionals
Skills:
• Experience within knowledge management, information architecture, content/digital marketing, marketing communications, content strategy in or a related field
• Excellent skill in writing and reporting
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Knowledge of advertising products
• Familiarity with marketing research
• Basic HTML knowledge
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred
