VP Localization Sales – AI Digital Transformation C80 – Seattle, WA

As part of digital transformation, many of our ISV clients focus on modernization of their processes, and workflow both in the R&D division and S&M division. They are looking for leveraging modern AI/ML technology and big data and analytics to drive impactful operational efficiencies.

Your primary responsibilities will be to serve clients to realize their potential and help them on their digital transformation journey. You will be working with the internal solution and delivery team to address clients’ needs and requirements, and then orchestrate with the team to provide a solution for deal closure.

This is a high-visibility role direct from the CEO level.


  • Accountable for Sales Territory revenues and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and help customers with a clear strategic vision of their digital transformation journey.
  • Develop a territory planning strategy to ensure that all customers are engaged at the appropriate level with specialized resources.
  • Leverage state-of-the-art Digital tools to plan, prospect and identify opportunities on how to maximize opportunity generation. Qualify opportunities and convert them to a customer solution-based scenario.
  • Assist pre-sales and delivery team to draft and deliver proposals.



  • 10~15+ years of technology-related sales or business development, account management
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales quota by driving deals with a broader team
  • Demonstrated understanding of solution selling techniques and selling digital transformation solutions
  • Previous experience with BI/Data Analytics/AI Data domain
  • Experienced in building strong, collaborative customer relationships with Business Decision Makers, IT Decision Makers
  • Ability to navigate a customer through sales negotiations and technical presentations in person and remotely
  • Demonstrated business communication and writing skills
  • Passion for technology as an enabler for a company’s growth
  • Complex sales training (e.g., Miller Hyman, Spin, Michael Bosworth, Challenger, Holden, Krauthammer, etc.), extensive presentation skills, effective marketing tactics, negotiation, financial analysis
  • Line of Business applications sales experience, business process consulting or automation, CRM, Employee Performance Management (systems and processes).
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required: Computer Science, similar information technology-related discipline or Business Administration.
