We are looking for an experienced, remote based Senior Leader, focused on closing new business in the Medical, Bio and Pharmaceutical space using a consultative sales approach. The company’s deep specialization in regulatory affairs and clinical trial support across all major languages have earned the trust of renowned health care institutions, international CRO’s and Fortune 500 med-device and pharma companies. Essential Functions:

  • Identify and close new clients through referrals, email-campaigns, cold calling, networking, attending industry conferences, face-to-face meetings, and by other means
  • Build a productive pipeline and manage each phase of the sales process
  • Create proposals, manage and control pricing and contractual issues
  • Cultivate and maintain long term relationships with clients by delivering excellent service
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Professional Services Groups to set strategy
  • Travel (annual conferences, client meetings) domestically and internationally


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 3 years of sales experience, 1 year of sales experience in Life Science Translations
  • Experience selling to Life Science Companies, Language Industry, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical Trials
  • Outbound and Inbound Sales experience
  • Fluent English (written and verbal skills)
  • Proven ability to build relationships and trust with executives
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Sales life cycle experience from lead generation through closing
  • Solid interpersonal skills
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills
  • Experience in contract negotiations
  • Effective time management skills and attention to detail Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated and pro-active
  • Ability to multi task in a deadline driven environment
