About you

Our Client is hiring its first experienced sales hire in the business, we’re looking for an accomplished and highly entrepreneurial Senior Account Executive in the UK. This is no ordinary Account Executive or Sales role. You need to be an outstanding individual to front all sales and business development activities. We’re looking for an exemplary team player who is comfortable working autonomously.

You’ll need experience in Enterprise (software) sales (ideally 10+ years). Industry expertise is a plus. You’re comfortable in prospecting and pipeline building and come with a proven track record.

We regard this role to be the starting point for building out a sales team. You can either continue to operate as an autonomous sales executive role or move into a hybrid sales management/VP level role in the future.


  • Revenue growth: the business tripled its top line in 3 years, we plan to do the same in the next three years 
  • Work alongside the CCO to develop the sales and outbound playbook 
  • Generate leads and build relationships
  • Develop and implement a sales plan
  • Represent our company’s products and services, developing a mastery of brand, message, industry and product within a short period of time
