LSP Business Development Director Global eLearning C884 – Remote

My client is a fast-paced, organically growing language services company looking for a Mid-Senior level Business Development Director to hunt for new business opportunities. A junior candidate will experience a supportive opportunity for growth here and a senior candidate will find a hands off manager who appreciates independence and transparency.

You have solid experience in B2B sales and solutions selling with a track record of success. If you have experience in the Language Services industry, so much the better, but it’s not necessary.

You are:

  • Accustomed to prospecting clients of all sizes: startups to Enterprise level.
  • You use many different prospecting techniques to reach customers: phone, email, LinkedIn and other sales tools.
  • You’re a great listener and want to learn about our company’s advantages, agility and innovation, to help you sell.
  • You are independent and team oriented, and therefore have no problem leaning on ‘the team’ to help you close a sales.

What we expect:

  • Great skills listening, questioning, presenting and documenting skills to capture and maintain client information our Salesforce database and present our company’s competitive advantages.
  • Desire to grow by continually increasing your knowledge of the field, customer and company through personal research and conversations.
  • Strong oral and written skills and ability to respond to RFPs.
  • User level experience or willingness to learn to use SalesForce, MemoQ, CMS platforms, LMS platforms
  • 1+ years or experience selling e-learning solutions. Experience in the language services industry is a huge plus.
