Localization Sales with IT vertical focus
The Localization Salesperson is experienced selling Localization services to IT clients. S/he is responsible for all technical aspects of the day-to-day relationship, provides top quality services before and after a sale, and helps ensure customer satisfaction and strengthens relationships.

S/he plans, manages and reviews the delivery of support services to drive outcomes that are aligned with the overall strategy and defined business goals for the account. S/he is an escalation point, ensuring the client receives world-class support and outstanding customer experience.

Performance for this position is measured on 4 major KPI’s:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Support increased sales and new business on allocated accounts, by providing technical and operational support to customers at each step of the sales cycle;
  • Evaluate customer needs to suggest upgrades and additional features, train customers to use their solutions/products and answer product/service-related queries in a timely manner;
  • Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and experience, by ensuring deliveries are timely and meet the requirements and expectations of the customer;
  • Track and deliver metrics to all account stakeholders and maintain clear, efficient and timely communication within the core account team.
Requirements for employment:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in related field or similar work experience
  • Excellent written/verbal skills communications skills and skilled negotiation skills
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Strong organizational experience that demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Value-based selling
