Localization Sales Director

My client is looking for a Sales Director with expertise in the Localization industry to join its enterprise Sales team. They seek experienced salespeople who are passionate about connecting clients with language solutions to meet their goals.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage a complex, enterprise sales cycle from lead generation/follow up to contract signatures, developing strategic sales plans targeting prospective clients that meet ideal customer criteria
• Respond to marketing generated leads and develop creative methods and campaigns to generate new leads with targeted prospects.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge to educate customers about company’s products/services and overall language industry trends; maintain knowledge and understanding of the language services buyer’s needs
• Identify and collaborate with multiple buyers within a prospective account; Maintain relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and that their needs are met in a timely manner
• Meet with company associates and partners and lead the development of solutions and proposals that will meet client goals
• Represent company on social media platforms and business associations
• Record activities via company CRM system according to management requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications
• Excellent communication, presentation and consulting skills and a passion for relationship building and selling
• Confident, friendly, and outgoing personality with a customer service-oriented attitude
• Resilience, persistence, and a willingness to cope with rejection
• Excellent organization and time management capabilities
• Thrive as an individual and collaborate as part of a team
• Mastery of all Microsoft Office applications
• 5-10 advanced enterprise sales experience
• BA/BS or equivalent
• Remote US location with ability to travel up to 25%
