Our client is seeking a Localization Business Development Manager to join the team! You will coordinate the activities of the sales team.


  • Identify and work on new business development opportunities, with particular focus on B2B sales, especially hospitals and healthcare systems
  • Oversee the daily sales operations
  • Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
  • Establish sales goals and metrics
  • Establish contact and build relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Conduct in-person and online customer demos and presentations
  • Process service agreements
  • Lead and manage proposal preparation process
  • Provide monthly sales reports
  • As new products and services are released, introduce them to existing customers


  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience in Government/Defense and the Language Services industry, with verifiable references
  • Strong Leadership and Negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, and collaboration software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows 10
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (you may be required to attend off-site meetings with customers and other meetings)
  • Overnight travel possible to attend conferences or meetings
  • Outgoing personality, dependable team member, organized, and self-motivated with a strong desire to be successful
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen test and criminal background check before starting employment.

Our customers include hospital systems, public schools, universities, courts, government agencies, and private companies.
