Localization Business Development Manager C944 – Remote

Summary:
Business Development members are responsible for acquiring new clients and developing strong business relationships. By providing multilingual solutions based on consultative needs assessment
throughout the entire sales cycle from lead generation, mail campaigns, presentations, contract negotiations and proposal writing to final project delivery.

Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain sufficient daily call activities and productivity efforts in order to build/maintain a full pipeline of new sales leads and maximize repeat business opportunities
• Provide client specific solutions for each engagement utilizing the suite of service available through
• Follow through appropriately on all marketing campaigns
• Consistently leverage successful new client relationships and ask for referrals
• Meet individual goals to contribute to company sales goals and objectives
• Travel to client meetings, conferences, seminars, and trade shows

Qualifications:
• Maintain professionalism; listen carefully and negotiate contracts
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a time-constrained environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, good judgement, discretion and flexibility in work hours
• Travel required
• Solid track record of successful business to business sales experience
• Bachelor Degree preferred
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office
