Customer Engagement Manager – Interpretive Sales

My client is a Language Services Provider (LSP) providing translation, localization and transcreation solutions to the world’s leading brands, enabling them to communicate effectively across all their media platforms in 125 languages, enabling their clients to open new markets and gain a competitive edge.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Localization Customer Engagement Manager – is responsible for selling the company’s Interpretive products (in-person, remote, deaf and hard of hearing) and services at new and existing accounts. In this position, you will be responsible for growing relationships with enterprise customers across new departments and lines of business by leveraging your relationships to prospect and then drive new business within untapped organizations.

RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:

  • Maintaining accurate CRM (HubSpot) records and forecast, as well as managing outbound contact effort through the CRM to new contacts you identify at a defined list of existing customers
  • Outbound one to one long-term relationship building, networking and prospecting within existing accounts, growing relationships and year over year revenue for existing accounts and on-boarding and development of new lines of business at existing accounts
  • Use of all company resources to ensure all opportunities are appropriately qualified and supported during the Sales process and communicating this information effectively to management and other team members.
  • Participating in the development of client presentations and proposals and accurately demonstrating our services and technology to customers
  • Guiding the negotiation of agreements to close sales and attain quota

REQUIREMENTS to apply:

  • Experience selling localization services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • B2B Sales experience in the services industry
  • Ability to network and prospect into target profile accounts
  • Ability to build relationships to grow existing accounts
  • Excellent written and presentation skills that can add value to our current process
