Client Engagement Manager C106 – Chicago, IL
Very successful Services and Solutions company looking for a Client Engagement Manager to support a strategic client. This position is best filled by someone who can habitually go on-site to the client 1-2 days / week. A background selling to and supporting clients in the Retail industry is required.
Requirements
- 15+ year experience managing, supporting and growing enterprise-level accounts in the retail and/or consumer packaging industries
- Creative, outside-the-box thinker able to speak with clients and executives at all levels of the management spectrum
- Willingness to pursue new relationships within a client base in order to find decision makers and earn their trust
- Ability to solve problems and escalate issues when required, creating a “no surprises” internal relationship
- Experience with profit and loss, business unit types of issues, including proposal RFPs/Qs, SOWs, invoicing and accounting
- Leader the proposal, SOW, invoicing, and accounting discussion
- Work with internal teams to deliver the best client solutions
- MBA or equivalent experience, preferred
