Interpretation/Translation Business Development Manager
In this Sales role, you will target medium-size accounts and will be focused primarily on new business (logo) development, along with 75% account management and growth of existing client business.

Our business run through the West Coast towards the Midwest. Our sales team works closely with Operations to develop strategies that promote maximum revenue achievement, while working to ensure customer satisfaction through delivery of our services for long-term performance and success.  This requires developing a thorough understanding of your clients business objectives, processes and changing needs and expectations.

Responsibilities, include but not limited to:
Identify, target and pursue qualified opportunities, including prospecting communicating and presenting proposals, demonstrating proofs-of-concept and responding to RFPs, as well as all follow-up, bid management and closing deals.
Visit with prospective clients and attend industry events & trade shows, as required
Monitor clients for growth and ongoing satisfaction by understanding their changing and unexpected needs to ensure retention.
Share your ideas with leadership and Production, Marketing, and Account Management teams regarding ways to improve customer service and design new client solutions.
Maintain and monitor written service agreements for assigned  accounts; including appropriate rate sheets.
Ensure timely payment of new customer invoices.
Ensure a successful transition of a closed opportunity to the operations team.

Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on industry (interpretation and translation/localization) experience selling to mid-market Client
BA degree or equivalent work experience
A self-starter with a strong and consistent work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset and creative problem solving
Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills, as well as comfort using MS Office, Google Apps, and CRM tools (ie:Hubspot)
A team player who can collaborate effectively and work independently demonstrating strong skills of persuasion
