The Brand & Video Solutions team develops the marketing strategy and progressive marketing approaches to inspire and enable businesses to build their brand and business with the help of Company. The team is responsible for helping businesses understand how to create meaningful connections with people through the company’s rich suite of solutions like video, feed and branded content in the pursuit of growing brand awareness, perception and preference.
Job Description:
The content strategist will be responsible for storytelling development and writing of the team’s sales materials related to video advertising across the company. This role will also be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of sales materials and tracking documents in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Performance will be measured by the quality of delivered sales materials and the adoption of these materials by our sales partners. This role provides an exciting opportunity to drive business impact through storytelling and have a seat at the table with business leadership.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have storytelling acumen and be able to combine insights with product knowledge to develop clear and concise materials that address customer needs and drive business objectives related to video advertising.
While we are most often considered as a performance marketing platform, there is a huge untapped opportunity to serve companies’ brand marketing needs. The work that this team does supports our Global Business sales team in their efforts to deepen our brand marketing relationships with large advertisers.
This role will have daily interaction with other members of the Brand & Video Solutions team and weekly interactions with cross-functional partners including but not limited to Business Product Marketing, Customer Marketing and Sales.
Experience:
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders and synthesize broad sets of feedback
- Self-starter with the ability to work through complexity
- 2+ years in marketing, advertising or communications
- Experience with video advertising and understanding of related trends
- Experience writing for a business audience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required
