Localization is not a one-size-fits-all solution and our client, a West Coast Language Services Company (LSP) asked Anzu Global to find them a junior sales person to join their expanding team.  They wanted high energy and an eagerness to grow their sales skills, but also someone who already had industry experience.

Anzu Global was able to introduce 3 candidates within a couple of weeks and one turned out to be the perfect candidate – an individual with language services client support experience who had a drive for sales and had a bit of hunting skills already practiced. They interviewed all 3 candidates, after a few interview rounds, the match was made and an offer was extended and accepted.  We anticipate great things to be happening soon.  Go Team!!
