This is a HUNTER role.  You will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new business opportunities, representing the full range of existing and new services, account planning, achieving strategic account objectives set forth by company leadership, and ensuring that our high standards of customer service are met. If you are an experienced localization business development director with strong business acumen and exemplary work ethic, our company would like to meet you.
 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Identify and generate new prospects, build a solid pipeline of business, lead customer acquisition strategies and account planning process
  • Establish and grow account presence, including relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts and drive forward revenue opportunities for existing clients
  • Submit quotations, proposals, sales presentations, and close orders; identify and validate client needs on an ongoing basis
  • Attend various events, including seminars, trade shows in order to expand client awareness through networking activities
  • Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting on all aspects of activity
     

Demonstrable experience required:

  • Proven sales and account management abilities – relationship building, opportunity identification, benefit identification, overcoming objections and closing in Fortune 500 organizations
  • Ability to develop a complete understanding of our services feature / benefit and compare those of competitive offerings, in client meetings and through presentations, emails, at networking events, etc.
  • Ability to multitask and set priorities to ensure clients are properly supported and commitments are fulfilled
  • Accurate and timely reporting to management both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrable sales competencies in Customer Centric and Solution Selling
  • Exceptional communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and listening skills; high ethical standards, humility, and professional integrity
