Localization Program Manager C418 – Denver, CO area

The management of overall performance of a Language Services Service team within a LS Center.

Main Responsibilities

Business management: manage and ensure profitable growth of a set of industry customers according to internal processes and rules; supervise all customer related activities – engagement, service execution, feedback management, process improvement, documentation, etc., in collaboration with CSM; provide local support for service management team;

People management: lead the service management teams; manage performance;

Customer relationships: optimize customer satisfaction, develop revenue (in association with the sales team);

Service portfolio: contribute to the enhancement of the group service portfolio (improve existing services, support the creation and implementation); complete and ensure accuracy of WIP.


Educational Background

A completed 4 years university degree, preferably in business management or engineering

Professional Experience

5-7 years of proven experience in service/project management or in similar roles/businesses

3-5 years of proven experience in a mid-level management role

Skills & Knowledge

Excellent People Management, excellent ability to drive change, good computer skills, excellent organization skills and ability to work independently.  Good Solution oriented skills, fluent in English and a local language and MS office proficient.
