Small LSP, over $1M in annual sales is looking for a Strategic Sales Leader to help them grow to $5M over the next 3 years.  Specializing in translation for the Legal industry, this company has already made strategic changes to its business structure to prepare for rapid growth.

The opportunity is perfect for a senior sales person with a strong desire to step into a leadership role and willingness to work hard to build a strategy geared toward expanding an existing client base and building new clients in the Legal industry.  You will be an integral part of the management team, sharing your expertise and enthusiasm for this market.  As the company grows, you will hire and train a dedicated team of LSP sales people.  And, you will share in the company’s growth and profits.

Experience required, brief overview:

  • Excellent sales HUNTER experience, with strong research and marketing ability, in order to find, nurture and close clients with limited internal resources or support
  • Very strong Language Services, Legal, or preferably BOTH, industry experience
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; strong account management skills and ability to represent the client to the company and the company to the client
  • Strong sense of team and interest in being part of the core management team, setting direction, making difficult decisions and building the company
