Localization Business Development Director – West Coast, Colorado

This premier, multinational LSP continues to grow, expand, and integrate.  With a new focus on sales and HUNTERS, they are now looking to hire two Enterprise-level, Business Development Directors.  Focus is on Southern California, but anywhere on the West Coast or Colorado or Utah will also be considered.  This is a work-from-home role.

To be successful in this role, you are:

  • an indefatigable hunter, who knows that sales have many moving parts, requiring coordination on many levels across and up and down organizations, both with the client and internally.
  • experienced at selling complex services and business solutions, have outstanding communication skills and insight, and are able to go beyond the everyday, using all the sales and business tools available to you, in order to find the ‘real’ decision makers, influencers, and team players, answering all of their questions and concerns.
  • able to work through multiple sales channels to find and develop sales leads: direct sourcing, trade shows, regional organizations, previous relationships, networking, business tools
  • a strong communicator able to communicate strategic information to internal constituencies, in order to appropriately respond to RFIs/RFPs with proposals, quotes, demos…
  • Travel, as necessary, to clients, trade shows, conferences, and other relevant events (approx. 30%)


  • You must be a HUNTER
  • 8+ yrs. sales with at least 2 yrs. selling to enterprise level clients
  • Customer centric, solutions sales experience selling services
  • Localization experience is highly preferred
  • BA/BS or equivalent
