Account Manager Director C304 – Seattle, WA

 

This international Language Services company enable companies of all sizes, across multiple markets, to increase their market presence by providing localized products to their clients’ international markets, worldwide.

They are looking for an Account Manager/Director to support exiting clients and grow these accounts.  Based in the Northwest, this senior level Account Manager should have a strong background supporting major accounts, working through operational issues in matrix-managed environments on both the client and corporate side and motivating and growing existing business.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ability to learn the intricacies of multiple, complex customers’ businesses and business environments and become part of clients’ problem solving team’
  • Ability to research and network, by building strong relationships, within an existing account to find and grow new business
  • Ability to learn manage internal, international and cross functional teams, in order to ensure projects are delivered on-time and per client guidelines.
  • Ability to represent all corporate products and services and position them to the client, in order to maximize client usefulness and adoption of both
  • Communicate effectively all successes, questions and /or issues the client might have, in order to ensure maximum client satisfaction and account success.

Experience includes:

  • 5-8 years’ experience successfully managing and growing large, Strategic Accounts
  • Marketing or Professional Services operational experience
  • Experience working with and developing strong, reference-able executive level, as well as staff level, relationships with business owners and stakeholders
  • Experience managing large scale, global projects with multiple touch points, as well as the financial aspects of projects
  • Excellent planning, organizational, negotiating, strategy and business planning skills
  • BA/BS or equivalent degree required
