Michael Klinger, Managing Partner

Michael has twenty years of globalization staffing and project experience. He speaks five languages. He started as an interpreter and translation project manager. He established and grew the globalization staffing & localization outsourcing businesses at Winter Wyman Contracts which became COMSYS. Gary Lafave, Globalization Recruiter

Gary has worked for over 25 years in the placement industry. He spent 12 years with Winter Wyman eventually managing the IT perm placement group. Gary then became the Co-founder and President of Winter Wyman Contract Services a provider of information technology staffing and consulting services. After the sale of that business, Gary continued to work in the staffing industry and he currently specializes in the placement of Globalization professionals.

Claire Brovender-Liliedahl, Account Manager

Claire started in the Recruiting and Staffing industry in 1995. She believes a portion of her success comes from her prior 13 years in high tech developing and running Marketing, Sales and Translation programs. She strives to be the recruiting resource she always wanted to speak with when she was either hiring or looking for a job; the consummate professional, focused on her clients’ needs. Claire is bilingual in French and now has very rusty Russian and Spanish. When not working, Claire spends time with her family and watches her kids’ soccer games and swim meets. If it’s winter, you can find them all on the slopes.

Thomas Edwards, LaunchPad Manager

Thomas A. Edwards spearheads the Sales Launchpad initiative for language service providers who want to penetrate the North American market, but don’t want to invest heavily in full-time sales staff yet.

He started in the translation industry in 1994. He has held positions in both operations and sales, working with start-ups as well as large language service providers. He managed the pre-sales group of Bowne Global Solutions back in the late 90’s. At Lionbridge, he was responsible for managing and growing the largest account of the company with operations spanning several continents.

Thomas spent six years at a start-up called Elanex where he created the Financial services group by signing some of the largest investment banks as clients, as well as by assembling a 24X7 service delivery team specializing in delivering fast and high-quality translation of equities research.

At SDL, Thomas was responsible for the global Account Management team and personally responsible for 18 of the largest accounts of the company generating over $20M/year.

Thomas has three passports (Swiss, French and American), was born in California and was raised in France. He speaks French and English fluently. He graduated from the University of California at Berkeley.

Jeanne Sharpe, Globalization Recruiter

Jeanne’s introduction to the Localization industry began when she worked as a Translation Project Coordinator for Ilumina, a global branding business specialized in multicultural promotional programs.  She began working for Anzu Global as a Globalization Recruiter in 2011. She has a background in languages, having studied French and lived in France and has traveled extensively worldwide.  She has a deep interest in world cultures and takes pride in helping diverse people find job opportunities matching their linguistic and technical skills. When not working, Jeanne enjoys yoga, biking, gardening, reading and spending time with her family.
